On Sunday the 3rd of February 2018, at 10:30-12:00 in the Makedonia Palace hotel of Thessaloniki, we held our Annual General Assembly after an invitation from the Board (article 11, para.3) and the traditional cake-cutting of Amfiktionies.

 The agenda items were:

• Greeting from the President
• Update on changes to the Board and discussion on the process for filling the vacant seat according to article 12 of paragraph 3 of the bylaws
• Update on the scientific plan for 2018
• Financial review of 2017 and financial planning for 2018
• Traditional cake-cutting
